Refund Policy

Draft — last updated . This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. Do not treat it as final until it has been.

1. Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day trial. No payment is charged until the trial ends — cancel any time during the trial from your account's billing portal and you will not be charged at all.

2. After the trial converts to a paid subscription

Once your trial ends and your first payment is charged, that charge is non-refundable except as described below. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

3. Billing mistakes

If you're charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge at the wrong plan price — contact us and we'll refund the mistaken amount.

4. Service issues

If the service was materially unavailable to you for an extended period during a billing cycle due to an outage on our end, contact us and we'll consider a prorated credit or refund for that period.

5. How to request a refund

Use our contact form or manage your subscription directly from your account's Stripe billing portal (available from your account page).
